"It was an honour to be the first guests at La Gratadie. it was a truly relaxing and comfortable stay we enjoyed in wonderful Dordogne. The house was extremely functional and easy to use, the pool was of course used everyday with the great weather, the kitchen was a delight to work in and the area around Archignac is definitely very interesting to explore. We also enjoyed a lot of the region's delicious food specialties. Thank you!"

"If anybody is looking for a little taste of luxury whilst relaxing in the middle of a beautiful hamlet then this is the holiday for you. Absolutely stunning property which caters for your every need for every kind of persons possible. The owners were fantastic and a really friendly couple who were so eager to help if needed. Pool was amazing and regularly cleaned. The whole house was just breathtaking. Shopping is only 15k so brilliant to just pop out and back in no time. the best friendliest holiday that we have ever experienced and would definitely re visit without a doubt next time we want to stay in France. There would be no other better for choice. Thank you both so much for giving us the opportunity to share this amazing experience. Many thanks." Marcus Cass

This house is in a great location if you don't want to be in the middle of loads of holiday lets and in a rural location! 10 miles away from the large supermarkets in Sarlat and 2 miles from the nearest village of St Genies which has a great boulangerie and also has a small "spar" type shop along with bars, butcher and restaurant. The property is great with all the features you would need and more! The pool area is great and the kitchen is stocked with every utensil you will need! The property has UK TV and the WIFI is very good. You will not be disapointed with choosing this property it is stunning! The owners are lovely, they really made us feel welcome and even went out of their way when we realised we had arrived with only 1 plug adaptor and went out for get us a couple more! They are local if there is any problems and come to clean the pool every other day (either before you are even up or late at night) The games room was an added bonus with a Pool table, Table tennis and table football! Thank you for letting us all stay in your amazing property!" Matt
